Daily Tip: Get Full-Featured Mass Messaging For BuddyPress

One of the main challenges of hosting your own BuddyPress social network is making it easy for members to communicate with one another. BuddyPress does not include mass messaging as part of the default download, but you can now get it with the new Mass Messaging in BuddyPress plugin.
This plugin gives you the ability to offer mass messaging for:
- Members
- Members of Groups
- Members of Events (EventPress)
After installing the plugin, you’ll get a tab for mass messaging in the messaging section as well as a dashboard menu:
Mass Messaging in BuddyPress includes a full list of options, so you can turn each of its capabilities on or off at will.
Download Mass Messaging in BuddyPress for free from the WordPress plugin repository. Make sure you’re subscribed for all the latest WordPress and BuddyPress news.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
