Daily Tip: Add a Google Plus Favicon to Your WordPress Site

Google Plus doesn’t seem to be fading away anytime soon. If you’re an avid user and want to use your Google Plus profile picture as the favicon for your WordPress site, here’s how:
Download the new Google Plus Favicon plugin. It will automatically generate a G+ favicon for your blog and admin logo. Simply enter your Google Plus ID in the settings:
Click save and you will have a new favicon and admin icon similar to this example:
This plugin also supports WordPress multisite. Install it in the mu-plugins folder to use it network-wide. Download Google Plus Favicon from the WordPress plugin repository.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
