Many people use LinkedIn as opposed to something like Facebook to connect with present and ex-colleagues. LinkedIn SC is a free WordPress plugin that uses shortcodes to pull information from your LinkedIn resume and display that information on your WordPress website.

Okay, so rather than sit and type in all of the short codes myself, I did copy and paste the basic short code layout that the developer has used on the plugin page :) Well, you know, typing lots of short codes is no fun for anyone. However, this meant that I could just press a button and the plugin was ready. I had a check on the forums and after some requests the developer has updated the plugin so that you can use your LinkedIn Profile link to feed the info, rather than your user id. This is great as user ids are only available to paying LinkedIn users.

Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
