Daily Tip: Disable Your WordPress RSS Feed

Although most people will always want to keep their RSS feed running, you may have a reason for wanting it shut down. Many people, for example, think they are running a private blog, yet they still have their RSS feed pumping out the content of the site to whomever wants to read it.
The Disable RSS plugin will shut your feed down for you. (Note: This plugin is a little old, but it worked for me. Another “disable RSS” plugin I tried that was much more recent didn’t work.)
And that’s pretty much it. Nothing to see here, folks. Move along, move along.

Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
