Daily Tip: BuddyPress Welcome Pack is Updated for WP 3.0

If you’re not familiar with the Welcome Pack plugin, check out the video below. This is one of the best plugins available for personalizing your BuddyPress community. This new version, released a couple of days ago, adds a new Start Page feature. When a new user logs into your site for the very first time, the Start Page will them anywhere you’d like. This plugin is compatible with WordPress 3.0 and sports a very user-friendly plugin options page.

Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
