Featured WordPress Theme: Green Tea

This week I’m going to take a look at some themes which are available from outside the WordPress Directory but that are from trusted sites. Tomorrow I’ll post about why you shouldn’t go hunting on Google for free themes. But if it’s free themes that you want there are places you can find them. Let’s start the week with one from ThemeLab.
Green Tea is a free WordPress theme from ThemeLab. It’s actually a theme design from cssheaven.org which has been ported by Leland to WordPress to take advantage of WordPress 3.0′s features.

Our Mini Review
When I looked at the thumnail for this theme I was all like “meh….” but when I looked at the demo I was all like “meh!!!!” I love the design of this theme. The green background is ever so textured to make it feel like you’re taking a nature walk. I LOVE the typography that’s used across the site, particularly the typography for the headers. I also think that the About box at the bottom is so far ahead of similar features that I’ve seen.
