Daily Tip: How to Import Comments or Posts From Other Blogging Systems into WordPress 3.0

Importing posts or comments in another system has changed with WordPress 3.0. While many of these importers used to be included in the core, you will now need to download the ones you need as plugins. This helps to keep the WordPress core a bit more lean. However, the importers are readily available from the wordpressdotorg profile in the plugin directory and are linked under Dashboard >> Tools.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
